  • Typical lease lengths are six months to one year; however, if you think that a different lease term might be more beneficial to you, it is important to inquire about that possibility, even if you see no mention of alternate lease lengths on the venue's website.
  • While executive suite centers usually own and operate their own phone lines, it is likely possible that you can keep your companys existing phone number. Ask your business center if it would be possible to forward your preexisting number to their location.
  • Executive suite centers may offer incentives for signing a lease, so be sure to inquire!
