What does an appraisal report contain?

The report includes facts / analysis of the property, location (area) and the overall market. Photographs are usually taken as well, along with a sketch of the property, floor plan, and map displaying the property in relation to other surrounding properties. With commercial properties the income records and operating costs will also be considered. A Statement of Limiting Conditions and Appraisers Certification is also included in the report.
