NEW YORK – April 24, 2008 – Brian Donovan, Vice President with Oestreicher Construction Corporation (Oestreicher) is pleased to announce the completion of new retail space for United Rentals, at 540 West 46th Street between 10th and 11th Avenues in Manhattan. The project consisted of a 23,000 square foot complete gut renovation throughout the entire three story building, transforming a former parking garage into premiere retail space.
The structure, which dates back to the early 1900s, underwent a complete transformation including extensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety upgrades. The space is now in full operation serving United Rentals customers in the New York City area with a full line of construction rental equipment.
