BROOKLYN BRIDGE RENOVATION TEAM SETS UP SHOP IN DUMBO Construction Group Skanska Koch Takes Space in 55 Washington Street

Thursday, November 05, 2009 -  Brooklyn, NY- Two Trees Management Co. announces that Skanska Koch Inc., an international construction and consulting services company, contracted to do renovation work on the historic Brooklyn Bridge, has leased a 4,070 square-foot office space in DUMBO’s sought-after 55 Washington Street to serve as their home base for the duration of the project. The lease was signed for five years. Caroline Pardo, Director of Leasing for Two Trees Management, represented the landlord and Vicus Partners LLC represented the tenant.
