Drew Griffin and David R. Mitchell have joined Richard Bowers & Co. as agents. Griffin, who previously handled exhibit and sponsorship sales for Oracle Corp. and the George P. Johnson Co., will specialize in office leasing and sales. Mitchell, previously a consultant with Accenture, will be working on office and industrial leasing and sale transactions.
Wakefield Beasley & Associates Architects Inc. has appointed Martin D. Taffel director of business development in the firm’s Atlanta office. Company Principal and President John B. Beasley said Taffel has more than 25 years’ experience in marketing, property leasing and management and business development. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Taffel earned his Bachelor of Law degree from Atlanta Law School. He also holds a Georgia real estate broker’s license, and is a member of CoreNet Global and IFMA.
