QUATRO, KATZ REPRESENT WINWARE IN HEADQUARTERS LEASE

Winware Inc., a developer of hardware and software solutions for materials/inventory management, has leased 79,859 square feet of office/warehouse space for its new world headquarters at 1955 West Oak Circle in West Oak Business Park in Marietta. Frank Quatro and Steven Katz, both of the Atlanta office of Newmark Knight Frank, represented Winware in negotiating the 10-year deal. The landlord, California-based ARCA, was represented by Skip Petters of Carter. A developer of “vending machine-style” toolboxes and radio frequency identification (RFID) devices that help manufacturers track tools and supplies, Winware is relocating from another Marietta facility to accommodate expansion of its business, according to Quatro.
