The Sam Tell Companies leased new offices at 1375 Broadway where it is relocating from 345 Seventh Avenue and is roughly tripling in size. The ten-year lease was signed for 6,000 sf on the 5th floor. The Sam Tell Companies is one of the nation’s leading restaurant/commercial kitchen suppliers and designers, and has been in business since 1960.
Peter Braus and Gabe Isaacs of Sierra Realty Corp. represented the tenant and are also representing the tenant on the sublease of its space 2,300 sf at 345 Seventh Avenue. The building owner was represented by Marty Meyer and Perry Messmer of GVA/Williams, the leasing and managing agent for 1375 Broadway. The space was offered at an asking rental of $34 per square foot.
