Lisa McMahon and Andrew Stewart have arranged $5.984 million in financing for a 122-room Holiday Inn located in the heart of Concord, New Hampshire's capital city. The loan was structured for an affiliate of Chartwell Hotels, and features a 10 year term and 30-year amortization.

New Jersey Office Market Continues to Rebound: Cushman & Wakefield 2nd Quarter Stats Available
The New Jersey office market picked up where it left off at the close of the first quarter of 2015, continuing to experience robust demand, declining vacancies and higher asking rents, reports Cushman & Wakefield. The commercial real estate services firm’s latest research findings indicate occupancy gains in many major submarkets as tenant demand easily offset new supply for the second straight quarter.

Cushman & Wakefield Sells Prime Corner Retail Condo in the East Village
A retail condominium at 55 Third Avenue, located on the corner of Third Avenue and East 11th Street in Manhattan’s East Village neighborhood, was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $24,350,000. The condominium contains approximately 15,311 square feet with over 200’ of wraparound frontage along one of the area’s main retail corridors. Currently, it is divided into three separate spaces on the ground floor and basement. The sale price equates to approximately $1,590 per square foot.

Eastern Consolidated Arranges Sale of Stake in Prime West Chelsea Luxury Rental for $44.2 Million
Eastern Consolidated has arranged the sale of a majority equity stake in High Line 537, a newly constructed, luxury rental building at 537 West 27th Street, less than a block from the High Line in West Chelsea. The interest in the property traded for $44.2 million.
